KennebecTom's Favorite Waterville-Winslow Restaurants
Allow me to opine on the benefits of this page:
1) For My Wife And I: a convenient one-stop shop for menus of all our favorite places, so we can figure out what the heck is for dinner tonight.
2) For My Fellow Kennebec-Valleyans: perhaps merely the same. Or perhaps a path to a new and delicious discovery.
3) For Visitors And Newcomers: tired of the hotel restaurant? Don't want that fast food across the street again? Want to sample Maine restaurants that survive based on good food, friendly service, and hard work? Try these.
These are the unique places where I repeatedly plunk down my dollar (not counting the McDonald's, Papa John's, and Starbuck's of the world). Also included are places for good after-meal treats.
Click on Name for website, if they have one. Click on Menu for...um...oh yeah, the menu. Note, restauranteurs aren't necessarily web mavens, so sometimes there's no menu, no website, or maybe a Facebook page at best. Also, these menus may not be the most current version.

IN MEMORIAM
The most common refrain I hear in news articles about new eateries goes something like, "It's always been our dream to open a restaurant. " Often said by people with no experience in the industry at all. Here we remember those who fed us well, but just didn't last or got tired... (Since 2001; changes in ownership that change identity/name are included)
